So Nice Boutique suites is located next to Landa beach, about 3 kilometers from Ayia Napa center. The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the resort. The Ayia Napa center is accessible by bus or tax, in about 10 minutes ride. This is the first boutique bungalow hotel in Ayia Napa and it is designed by one of the best designers in the world. The hotel area is covered by gardens and the atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The suites are equipped with swimming pool and private jacuzzi. You can enjoy exotic cocktails and sushi at the beach bar. There is two types of suites; Superior and junior suites. The size of the superior is about 45 sq.m. and it can suit maximum 4 people.  The junior suite is about 30 sq.m. and suits for 3 people. Both suite types are equipped with kitchenette, marble bathroom, LCD screen, satellite TV, telephone, safe box, refrigerator, oven,  microwave, kettles, toaster, iron, air-condition, noise proof windows.

So Nice hotel provide it’s guests with breakfast from 7:30 until 10:00, A-la-Carte lunch and buffet or set menu at dinner.
