There is 38 one-bedroom pool view apartments. All of them include: one twin bedded room, οpen plan living room with sofa bed, also one extra bed can be added, bathroom, WC and large balcony. There is also kitchenette with full cooking facilities (refrigerator, two rings and oven). There is individually controlled air-condition (at extra charge).

Green Bungalows

Green Bungalows is family run hotel. The hotel is one of the longest established resorts in Ayia Napa and has been operating since 1980. It enjoys one of the best central locations in Ayia Napa within walking distance from all the amenities of the resort and the Ayia Napa Square. Only five minutes walk separates you from the beach and two minutes walk to the famous Ayia Napa strip. The main shopping area, restaurants, themed bars and all the clubs are very close to the Bungalows.

The Green Bungalows offers 92 nice rooms, which include 8 family rooms, 36 one-bedroom and 48 studio apartments, all self-catering with a minimalist design. The studio apartments comfortably sleep up to three people whereas the one bedroom apartments can sleep up to four people. The two bedroom apartments are recommended for families with teenage children as well as bigger groups as they can accommodate up to six guests. All the rooms are self-catering and are equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, Bathroom/shower, Air-condition (locally payable), separate dining area and a balcony.

Outside in the attractive gardens that surround the Ayia Napa Green Bungalows, guests will find a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, table tennis and a children’s pool. Playground is available for children. 24-hour poolside bar operates and restaurant with a great atmosphere. During the busy season the hotel organizes daily entertainment for the guests. You can enjoy all the major sport and other events on the large 3 x 3 TV screen. The hotel is suitable for couples and families as well as small groups of people.

The Paul Marie Studio apartments are very good choice for your holiday with friends. The studios are located about 1 km from the beach and few hundred meters from the bar street. The hotel bar is open 24h and it is of course lively. All 25 studios and apartments are very basic, they come furnished with twin beds, open plan kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony. One Bedrooms suits up to 4 persons. The apartments are good for just sleeping and messing about in when you get back from the clubs at god knows what time as the night life is your main concern. This is a good standard place and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is roof top swimming pool with a bar and sun beds and food available which is of an excellent standard!

The apartments offer a central location as a self catering option. Suitable for young and lively people looking to experience the Ayia Napa lifestyle to the max! “”I’m fed up with seeing bad reviews about this hotel so I thought I’d write my own. It was amazing day AND night. The rooms weren’t be most amazing quality, but you’re only actually in your room for about 4-5 hours a day/night and 2 of those you’re sleeping.. It was our first girls holiday, and after reading the reviews we were a little worried, but there was literally nothing to be worried about. It was brilliant. Getting in the pool at 10am, getting out at 8pm, going up to our room, having a nap, getting ready and pre-drinking till about midnight, hitting the strip and then coming back to River Reggae at about 3:30-4am, you get VIP passes for the club so you get in free if you stay there. It is amazing. Hundreds of people, loads in the pool, everyone’s drunk, music is brilliant, it’s so good, then you head back up to your room at 7-8am, and do it all again the next day. I had literally the best week of my life and I’m so glad I stayed at River Reggae, I’d definitely stay there again because if I stayed anywhere else, I’d feel like I was missing out.””
